Mark White has been creating kinetic sculpture for over 30 years. Each kinetic sculpture is a mesmerizing masterpiece, and art lovers around the world over have collected and enjoyed his work.

Mark is not only a sculptor, but he is also a painter. His artwork and his gallery have been featured in the Arizona Daily Star, Su Casa Magazine, and Santa Fean Magazine.

Mr. White wants everyone to be able to experience the beauty of an outdoor kinetic art sculpture. His wind sculptures will last for many years, and can be passed on to the next generation.

All of Mark’s kinetics are created in Santa Fe, New Mexico. They are made of the best quality materials including stainless steel. The color patina is applied to the kinetic thermally which allow the sculpture to withstand a variety of weather conditions. The verdigris patina on copper will naturally be enhanced.

We have one of Mark’s kinetic wind sculptures on a shoal point reaching into Lake Cecebe at our Ontario island home. We have one of the high wind sculptures because that west facing point can get a lot of wind. Over 12 years Mark’s sculpture has become a familiar landmark for boaters and sailors. If the wind sculpture was ever not to be put up in the spring I am sure we would be asked where it was.

This is the second Mark White kinetic ("wind") sculpture we have purchased. They both were small, one for a deck over the garage and one for a backyard patio. These are lovely--even in a dead calm. Their variable movement is endlessly interesting. It's like they're alive. Easy to set up. Excellent value!

It is hard to miss these wind sculptures along Canyon Drive in Santa Fe. Just love the whimsy and color of this work as well as technical skills.
